Si vous souhaitez retranscrire des entretiens rapidement, il existe un outil tr\u00e8s efficace. Celui-ci s’appelle Whisper AI<\/strong> et est disponible gratuitement via Huma-Num. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour l’utiliser il vous faut avoir un compte HumanID. La cr\u00e9ation d’un compte et l’inscription sont elles aussi gratuites et se font sur cette page<\/a>. Votre inscription vous donnera acc\u00e8s \u00e0 plusieurs diff\u00e9rents outils dont ShareDocs, la plateforme de stockage et de partage de fichiers (dont on vous parle ici<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une fois que vous avez acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ShareDocs voici les d\u00e9marches \u00e0 suivre : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Cliquer sur le fichier \u00ab\u00a0hnTools_watchFolder\u00a0\u00bb (en haut \u00e0 gauche, sous \u00ab\u00a0mes fichiers\u00a0\u00bb).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Cliquer sur le fichier SpeechToText.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cliquer sur Whisper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    De l\u00e0, vous avez plusieurs mod\u00e8les possibles : du plus ou moins performant (large > medium > small) et donc du plus lent au plus rapide. Vous pouvez ensuite choisir la langue dans laquelle vous souhaitez retranscrire votre fichier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    La retranscription se met automatiquement en route, sans aucune alerte ni signe. Lorsqu\u2019elle est termin\u00e9e, vous recevez un mail qui vous l\u2019annonce. Elle se retrouve facilement dans le dossier o\u00f9 vous l\u2019avez d\u00e9pos\u00e9e.
